Clean beer starts by using only clean ingredients including (depending on beer style) pure water, barley malt, hops, yeast.
2) Clean Processing
Clean beer emphasizes the use of clean and sanitized vessels throughout the brewing process with no presence or build-up of biofilm or beer stone in any vessel or in any
process line, including packaging lines. Think Master Brewers Standard for tanks, transfer pipes and kegs.
3) Clean Beer Lines
Clean beer only uses clean beer dispense lines, cleaned at a frequency of at least every two weeks with an efficient formulated beer line cleaner such as Draftec.
4) Clean Consumption
Clean beer is consumed from air-dried, beer-clean glassware or clean vessels where no contamination can negatively impact the aroma, taste, physical properties or health of the beer. Consumed as the Brewmaster intended!
